Baby is 11 months. I exclusively breastfed him for 11 months no formula. I'm ready to transition over to whole milk, although he always falls asleep after I nurse him. Any tips?!

Re: Milk

Do you pump at all? We transitioned slowly. Adding an oz of milk to 5 oz of breast milk and then increasing it after about a week.

ETA: Sometimes I still nursed her to sleep. It was just easier. The nighttime bottle/nursing is usually the last to go anyway.

I started offering milk in a sippy while I was still nursing to slowly switch over. Are you looking for help with the actual weaning process or with how to get him to sleep without nursing?
