for those who have the dohm sound machine..
does it have a rattling sound? I have gone through two now and gotten both replaced for free from the company. The company itself has been great with the replacements, but I'm wondering why they keep breaking on me...

Ours just started doing this, but it's 3 years old. Did you just call the company and they replaced it? I figured I would just have to buy a new one.

Started happening to us also. We have 3, the oldest is 7 years old and just started doing it but the the other two we got within the last 2 years and they are both rattling. I was wondring if I could call the company to complain.

for those who have the dohm sound machine..
I have one that's 15+ years old and one that's 5 years old and we've never had that issue (though I believe most things are not as well made as time goes on)

was covered under the 1 year warranty. They replaced it and then the replacement broke within 3 months so they're replacing again. So annoying.

for those who have the dohm sound machine..
We have one that is about 4 years old and it's been rattling for a couple years now. But we also have a cheaper one made by a different brand that we bought a month or two after we bought the dohm, and that one is still working great with no rattling. So it goes to show more expensive isn't always better!

We have the dohm, and also a less expensive one that is basically the same thing but made by a different brand called Sleep Easy. Got it from Amazon about 3.5 years ago and it's still working great, even after my baby has knocked it on to the floor several times. Meanwhile our dohm has been treated very gently and rattles.

Thanks I'm going to look into it. It sounds just like the dohm?
I'd have to check them side by side to make sure they sound exactly the same, but they are designed the same way, and definitely sound very similar.

Yes I have a dohm and rattles. Been doing it for the past year and it's at least almost 2 years old. In the meantime i try to place it on a soft towel or something to cushion the rattle
