Usually bed time... when the kids are in bed and dh and I are laying in bed.. relaxing watching tv and spending time together.

445am
my alarm goes off at 430am, by 445 i'm awake, dressed, and heading out for a run.
since i got back to running, this is my favorite time of the day. i go out, the world is dark and quiet. it's just me, my sneakers, my run playlist, and my heavy breathing.
the day is full of potential and i'm kicking ass lol
