Target Cartwheel questions
How does this work? I have the app on my phone and one time the cashier actually took my phone and did whatever needed to be done, but I don't remember what that was.
I bought some items at Target yesterday (forgot all about the app) and now see that there is a Cartwheel deal for 30% of what I bought. Can I bring the items back and get an adjustment? Is there anything else I would have to do?

you have to add the offers to your list on the app and then when you get to the cashier give them the phone to scan the barcode on your checkout screen.
I usually go through the offers before I do my trip and I have saved over $300 since i have started using it.

Target Cartwheel questions
You can also scan the items via the cartwheel app in the store and it will tell you if an offer is available. You need to connect to Target's Wi-Fi and then scan it in cartwheel.
I usually scan as I load my cart.

Worse comes to worse, return and rebuy with the app.

You should be able to. A few times I forgot to scan some items & went to customer service and they adjusted it & gave me the difference in cash.
