When they're sick anything goes as long as they are eating. Depends on the illness too. No milk! Usually it's Gatorade or apple juice to keep them hydrated and added extra electrolytes. Usually it's bland foods. Frozen pancakes and no syrup, toast with eggs or dry toast. If they're feeling better then I add more food to their diet. Usually chicken noodle soup too.

Water, dry cereal, plain bagels. That's really all she'll eat when she's sick.

Saltine oyster crackers, plain frozen waffles, and toast. I usually skip milk, cheese and yogurt when they are sick.
