Weekend
Planning a bachlorette party for the weekend. Everyone keeps asking me what they could do or bring. How would you go about this? Everyone bring whatever you plan on drinking for the weekend and also pick something from the list like
Decorations
Games
Bride-to-be stuff
Snacks
Water/drinks
BBQ items
Paper goods
?????

Eh this seems to get a little mish-moshed and people end up bringing doubles of things or things one person likes and the other hates. I'd brainstorm with your group about what you want to do- games, cooking, out to dinner, etc.- and then pool money together and designate one or two people to go and purchase everything.

I just helped plan my family reunion. With it being OOS from everyone, we had to come up with a way for everyone to bring something.
A sign up genius was started and everyone marked off what they want to bring from the list we made. Was so much easier than just delegating.

We use this for class parties in my DD's class. Everyone signs up for something and the slot is taken so you know.
