I second this. Don't count on it unless you are OK if it goes "wrong". Speaking from experience, I think having a baby can reset some stuff (even if using lots of medical technology to have that baby).

Right?? I'm miscarriage prone which unfortunately ended our "I'm so infertile it won't happen to me" pregnancy... So in that regard, no reset here either. 
Same here! No BC in 7 years and no natural pregnancies. If we did get pg, it would be a miracle!
