My company is making it easier for me to push up my retirement target.
I received my annual increase notice, it is the lowest I have ever received in my 22 years here, and I am very pissed, and that it putting it mildly.
I am told all the time how valued I am, reliable, always willing to take on difficult tasks, yadda yadda.

I am so sick and tired of the rice paper ceiling at this Japanese company. Just waiting to see if the idiot golden penis gets a promotion this year, as I did not.
