Dutch Wonderland
Thinking of taking my 2.5 year old this summer, are there stuff for her to do at this age or is she still too young for it? What hotels do you recommend?

Re: Dutch Wonderland
It's perfect for her age!! Stay at Eden if you can- it's like being on vacation at a resort somewhere. Very resort like feel. Great spray area for the kids and nice pool area in general. Love it

That is the perfect age for her. A lot of people recommend the Eden Resort, but I find it to be way to expensive for a hotel in PA. We always stay at the Hampton Inn Lancaster. It's less than 10 minutes away from the park.

Re: Dutch Wonderland
We are going this summer with our DS who will be 2.5. We're staying at Eden and I'm very excited. We splurged for a suite so we have some time to ourselves after he goes to sleep.

We always get the suite if we can- it makes a huge difference having your own space.

We went last year with an 18 month old, 2.5 years old and 3 year old. Everyone had a great time! We stayed at Eden. I think it's definitely worth the money!!

Totally agree. We get the two bedroom suite. It has two separate bedrooms (one with a king and one with two queens), a full kitchen, living room with dining area. It's gorgeous. We first go Labor Day though so it's not insanely expensive like normal.

Re: Dutch Wonderland
Dutch will be great! Also check out Cherry Crest Farm. Lots to do there! We always stay at Eden. The key is to book Eden way in advance. We book it in January and are able to get villas for around $150/night! If you book anytime after February the prices start to double and triple!!! There are a few Marriots nearby and two other Best Westerns that seem nice!

We used to go in June before it got too hot and crowded (and Eden is still affordable). We stay in a two room queen suite - it didn't have a full kitchen but, it has two rooms with a microwave and fridge in between. It's a great resort for families.

Re: Dutch Wonderland
My kids love Dutch Wonderland. We first went when DS was 18 months and he had a blast.
We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites, right across the street from Dutch. There is also a new Fairfield Inn & Suites also across the street. Both offer free breakfast.

Re: Dutch Wonderland
Great age. We stayed at country inn & suites. Much nicer in person than online and it was so convenient not to have to drive to the park. We couldn't swing eden.
