For me, yes, I went to the one in port jefferson a few months ago.
I found it to be very relaxing, I am a yoga teacher and love meditation, my friends and I did the 45 minute guided meditation. It was really nice.
It was relaxing and it was easy to meditate in there. I also have pretty bad allergies and my sinuses totally cleared out while I was in there.
There are tons of other health benefits, but that was what I noticed.
I would recommend giving it a try!

Spin off to salt lamps-salt rooms?
I did one in the old Revel in AC. My skin felt really good after leaving it!
