No not at all. I just booked a few weeks ago for November 2017. You can't make your dining reservations until 6 months before anyway.

Not too late at all! I would just make sure you're all booked at ready to go by your 180 day mark so you get all the adrs you want.

We usually book our trips 1 - 2 months in advance, and never have issues, so I'm sure there will be plenty of choices left!

We just booked for November so i think you are good. Only thing is, we wanted two bedroom suites and could only get one bedroom but other than that, we got good seats on the airplane and my window for dining opens up soon.

There is still free dining availability. I'd book quickly though. You can't book dining until 180 days before your trip, so you're fine. Fast passes are booked 60 days before, so you're fine there as well. As for a "decent hotel," that depends upon which one you're interested in

we're just now thinking we might want to go back down this august--- so i think you're fine! HAHA You can't book meals until 180 days before, which would probably be sometime in June- so you're fine with that. and fast passes you can't do until 60 days before, so you're also fine with that. I know the amount of rooms for free dining was really small this year... so that might not work out, but there are always room discounts. and sometimes that works out to be a better deal anyway, depending. (To get free dining you have to have park hopper option, AND the "value" AND "moderate" resorts this year just come with the quick service meal plan, so you would have to pay to upgrade your plan, if you wanted any sit-down meals to be "free".... Deluxe hotels have the meal plan that comes with a sit down meal, though...

I'm a vacation club member, and all member hotels are booked solid for Dec 1-6. I checked the other hotels on property yesterday and of the values, only Art of Animation was available. If you want to go - book it ASAP.

All of the value hotels are available for those dates, minus All Star Sports..and I think that is Pop Warner week so that's probably why. Maybe not with free dining, but room only rates come up.
