Mother's Day
What are your plans? In the past DH and I would split up and go see our mom's on our own. This is my first mother's day since having DD and I have no idea what to do. I do not want to sit at home

We made our Mom's come to us. 
Hey, new mom get's priority, IMO. Plus, DW is by far the best cook in either family, so nobody ever complains about coming over for her cooking...

We usually go to my parent's house and then we will go out to eat of just order food in which can be easier then going out and dealing with crowds and little kids in a restaurant.

Mother's Day
This year I booked tickets from the library to the Brooklyn botanical gardens and after we will walk over to the zoo. We will have a picnic in the park.

I'd like to be able to just hang out at home, maybe go for dinner or brunch...but I'll probably be stuck going to my mothers or something.

Mother's Day
We are planning on taking DD to the circus. We will most likely then have our moms, plus my sisters mother in law over for a BBQ.

we made everyone come to us but then we had to cook and clean (twice).... :-P
MIL likes to host so i just invite my mom too and it works out nicely

My mom hosts everyone: my mom, stepdad, grandma, 2 brothers, us, my mil, fil and my stepdad's parents and sister.
My stepfather gets everything catered and cleans up. It works out nicely because everyone is in the same place so no one has to run around.
