I'd probably send it out 3 weeks before and then send a reminder like a week or a week and half before.

I would do at least 6-7 weeks in advance. Especially this time of year-people tend to be pretty busy.

This time of year, I'd give 6 weeks notice. Other times, I'd don4 weeks.
