Toddler Lunches?
I'm at a loss for what to pack for lunch for DD every day. Normally I send leftovers from dinner because I assume she'll eat them (cause, you know, she does the night before) but she doesn't.
She won't touch deli meat (I'm not a fan, either, so I'm ok with that), has to be able to self feed with her fingers (she's not great with utensils yet and they won't feed her) and must be easy for me to prepare.
Ideas?

Re: Toddler Lunches?
I use the yumbox bento box for my DS's school lunches. I put all sorts of things in the compartments..... sliced up tomatoes, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, carrots.. in another compartment I'll cut up cheese... usually I'll give something like pb&j with it, or rolled up turkey/ham/cheese.. sometimes a bow tie pasta salad with vegetables tossed in. Of course there's always room for pretzels/bunnies/goldfish.. or veggie straws if I'm running low on everything else.

Toddler Lunches?
I have a 16 month old and packing lunches every night for daycare the next day is quite a task. I have a Bentgo box with all little compartments and fill them with all sorts of things. Today's breakfast, lunch and snacks are:
Breakfast: 2 Mini Blueberry muffins, 1/2 banana Lunch / Snack in the box: Annie brand white cheddar shells & cheese, cooked broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots, strawberries, grapes. Additional snack: Vanilla yogurt
Here is the link for the box. http://www.target.com/p/bentgo-kids-leakproof-children-s-lunch-box-blue/-/A-50581779?ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=bing_pla_df&CPNG=PLA_Grocery%2BEssentials%2BShopping&adgroup=SC_Grocery&LID=700000001230728pbs&gclid=%5B*GCLID*%5D&network=s&device=c&querystring=&gclid=[*GCLID*]&gclsrc=ds

Toddler Lunches?
My DD is really picky and I usually end up giving her the same few things every day. I also usually add a cheese stick, fruit and some type of fruit bar/animal crackers/fruit snacks to her lunch every day as well. Friday's we pay for pizza lunch. Here's what she usually has:
Tuna salad with crackers Cucumber, red peppers, veggie chips and hummus Yogurt

My twins are 2. Lunches are usually either leftover dinner, grilled cheese, mini whole wheat bagel with cream cheese, cut up pizza or chicken, annie's mac & cheese mixed with peas or carrots, then a fruit & a yogurt. They are picky with their veggies- I usually try to get those into them at dinner.

Re: Toddler Lunches?
DD is 20 months. Lunch time if not leftovers can be: chopped up fruit, avocado, cheese sticks, jelly sandwich, crackers, veggie burger, mac and cheese, applesauce, squeeze yogurt, pancakes, pizza , broccoli.
One day she will like something and the next day she doesnt so you never know lol .

I use a bento style tupper ware too
Fruits and/ or freeze dried fruits, always a chopped veggie (I buy bags of frozen chopped, boil the night before and put in the fridge), then rotate between pb and j "sushi," bagels, muffins, yogart, baked oatmeal banana muffins, hard boiled egg, mac n cheese, pasta salads, chickpeas, chicken cutlet slices, whole wheat crackers, pirates booty, belvita breakfast bisquits, trader joes falafels, meatballs, granola and Greek yogart.
