Can I give my toddler kefir?
Youngest dd is 19 months and loves drinking yogurt smoothies. I usually get the stoneyfield or Trader Joe's brand. Have heard a lot about kefir and picked up some today at Whole Foods. It's wallaby brand and vanilla and tasted just like a yogurt smoothie. I think she would love it. Might be. Silly question but Do you think it's ok to give to her? It's not just for adults right?

My 2.5 year old loves kefir. I buy the trader joes brand. He actually likes the plain one.

Lifeways brand sells kids pouches for when you are out or traveling- they are great.

My son used to have awful constipation and was on mirilax every other day until I discovered kefir! He drinks it pretty much every day and is regular as could be lol My dd drinks it too

yes, I have been giving my son Kefir for a while now. It has lots of beneficial probiotics.
