Did you have a copay if you got your breast pump through insurance?
So last time I had no copay and my insurance hasn't changed.
Today I called edgepark for my pump and after I gave her all the info and I told her which pump I want, she tells me it's a 50 copay.
I asked if I get a different pump would it matter, she said no.
Did you have a copay???

No copay either time, but I upgraded last time. I really don't think you are supposed to have a copay. Maybe Edgepark isn't in your network anymore?
I had a good experience with Aeroflow.

The first time there was an upgrade fee of $75. This time I'm still waiting for instructions. Call your insurance company and ask.

I had no copay.
I went through this process like a month ago. Edgepark said I may have a copay but most of the time there is no copay. I want to say she said the copay may be $50 or she may have said $60. Can't remember. Ended up being 0.

Hmm thanks for the info... So it seems like a mistake... good thing I didn't give any credit card info like she asked for... I asked her to submit it to my insurance & she said she would & they'd let me know before shipping.
It just didn't seem right.

Nope- no copay, no shipping, taxes, nothing. I ordered through Byram online.

How was Byram? That was one of the companies I could have ordered through but went with edgepark since I'd used them twice before with no issues. My other options this time were Byram and Yummy Mummy.

Ok the pump came in the mail today and the paperwork sent with it said Copayment: $0. So I guess the billing dept cleared it up with the insurance.
