Gray Gardens
this evening, while coming home i heard on NPR that the Gray Gardens mansion is up for sale for $19.95M
as soon as heard little edie's voice, i knew what the piece was about and yelled "GRAY GARDENS" at the radio.
just thought i'd share

It apparently has not been maintained for many years and needs substantial work. A few years ago it was featured on open house NYC.

I remember reading that the newer owners tried to restore it. On damp days they said the smell of cat urine did come out.
