I think so. I'm under the impression that it was just brought up. I guess I should read better (doing ten things at once right now, lol).
It's not fully passed yet and has a few steps left. They also have a democratic governor so maybe he'll put an end to it. It's truly disgusting that this has even been proposed. People thought they were going broke bc of high premiums? This is going to bankrupt so many side from all the damage to people's health when they can't afford screenings and treatment.

Then refute it.
If you dig around and check where the pic came from, then you see it's quite valid.
