I'm not a Madonna fan, and I can't believe I'm defending her, but I do think her phrase is being taken out of context to denigrate the aims of the march. The full statement reads: "Yes, I'm angry. Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House," Madonna said. "But I know that this won't change anything. We cannot fall into despair."
She is acknowledging the visceral response she has to the president and his policies, rejects it, and then supports doing something constructive and positive.

Agreed. She should not have used that kind of hyperbolic language AT ALL. She can't possibly dislike Trump more than I do  but she should know better than to create sound bites like that. Everything gets taken out of context all the time. She knows this, she's not new.
