Getting Hardwood floors Redone
Can anyone give me an idea of what this might cost? To sand them and make them look new again? Anyone have a recommendation for a service provider?
I would greatly appreciate some guidance .

Re: Getting Hardwood floors Redone
We used gold star.
It's a few hundred to few thousand.
Totally depends on square footage, condition of floors and if repairs, thresholds, etc are needed. Stains can cost extra.
Are floors exposed now? If you rip out carpet, you might need all new trims.

Re: Getting Hardwood floors Redone
Floors are exposed and ready for sanding. Does every single piece of furniture need to be removed or can they work around/ move a few items? It's a second floor apartment that has a fridge that I don't think I can move anywhere. I am hoping this won't be too costly.
Thanks for your help.....
