I really dislike this guy and hope he goes to jail for his bridge ********. Anyway… He saying he was offered many jobs in the new admin but he turned them down because nothing was really exciting and his wife won't move

I don't think there is anything wrong with that. Him and the Donald are buds...his wife doesn't want to move (she probably hates Trump), and they have kids in high school. He is the governor of a state...and stepping down to be something "less" would seem silly. Makes sense to me

This. Christie fawned over Trump the whole time, and DC is not that far from NJ- no reason why they could not set up a second residence.
But I also think he is not totally out of the woods with regard to Bridgegate- I hope at some point that it catches up with him because I do believe he knew, even Trump thinks he knew and was probably never going to give him a post.
