King Crab
Can anyone recommend a place that sells king crab legs? So far i see Stew Leonards and Costco. Somewhere in eastern nassau/western suffolk.
Also, I read that 1/2 lb per person was good for an appetizer. This doesn't seem like enough to me even if its just an appetizer. My husband and his Dad can eat a lot of it. On average, how much crab does one person consume? Not really serving it as an appetizer, more of a seafood course. We are also having eggplant and pasta. TIA!

Does everyone eat eggplant as a main course? If no, then I would get more King crab or offer shrimp too. I would do a lasagna if need be to add an option for the main course. In my family only two people even eat eggplant.

I should've added that we are having shrimp as well. Everyone eats the eggplant too. We've never actually prepared the crab legs so i was unsure of how much to get.
