Verizon guy text from personal cell?
Cable guy once gave me his personal number... I think its odd. If you dont call Verizon where is the proof you reported an issue?

He's sub contracted out, every time he gets a recall, which is you calling to have him back out bc he didn't fix it properly the first time, looks bad on him. I wouldn't call his cell phone, call Verizon directly bc if he's not sent through Verizon, technically they aren't liable if he screws something up.

Verizon guy text from personal cell?
Also my husbands job pays for his personal cell to use at work. Instead of giving them a cell hen just pat the bill. Could be something like that
