Otter Box - Defender/Symmetry/Commuter??
Why are there so many choices these days?
I have a new galaxy S7 and need some kind of protective case...going down the amazon rabbit hole...can anyone recommend theirs so I can save some of my precious shopping hours researching?

Otter Box - Defender/Symmetry/Commuter??
Defender is very bulky but it's the ultimate protection .. symmetry and commuter as similar but with this one you also need a screen protector

I'm on my second commuter. I like it a lot. Don't like the defender. It made the touch screeen wonky sometimes. Not necessary to get the screen protector piece. Too much.

Same. The first one lasted about a year but, started to crack when I would drop the phone so I just go ta new one (ordered from Amazon too - it's a little brighter than I liked but, it was cheap).
I have tempered glass on the screen - the Verizon retailler where I bought the phone charges $40 for it but, will change it for $10 if it breaks.

I have the commuter and I like it. My husband has the Defender and its way too bulky for me, I hate it.

I had the Commuter and DH had the defender because he needed the extra protection. I liked both but the defender is much bulkier.
