Child Health Plus
I'm going to call tomorrow but does anyone know how far in advance I have to sign my kids up? DH was laid off last month and now we are both not working (I became a sahm when DD got sick in February). His former job is keeping us on their insurance as part of his severance to the end of the year. We were hoping he'd find something asap but with the holidays, it's slim pickings out there right now. I need to make sure the kids will have insurance January 1st, especially the baby with her medical history and medication.

Child Health Plus
You have to sign up no later than the 15th of the month before you want the insurance to begin.
