Advance movie tickets?
Is there any site I can buy movie tickets for more than a few days in advance?
I want to buy tickets for the Ronkonkoma theater for the day after Thanksgiving.
Both Fandango and the theater site itself only list show times for one movie that day.
I am guessing it's because they don't have the schedule set yet?
It's just frustrating because now that that theater has the reclining seats that you have to chose your own seat, if you don't buy them in advance you end up sitting on top of the screen or can't find 3 seats together.
And even buying them in advance if you wait until the day of, there is nothing good left- even for movies that have been out for a bit.
Anyone buy movie tickets more than a week in advance or is that not even a thing?

Advance movie tickets?
I run into this problem too. I usually see the times posted within a week to a few days before the day I want to see the movie. But I never have problems getting seats when buying in advance.

You can go up to the theater and buy advance tickets.

Advance movie tickets?
You can select seats in advance for a movie now? I haven't been in years bc DH hates finding seats and then having someone annoying sit next to us.

For certain theaters, yes you can.

I've only found they do that for certain movies. Usually Marvel or Star Wars...
Especially Black Friday - OMG, one of the worst days to watch a movie.  It's the MAIN reason we ONLY go to that theater because we can buy in advance and reserve our seat.
I still remember going to Island 16 to see Frozen with DS on Black Friday - must have spent over an hour in line for popcorn...went in the theater and there were no seats left except up front. DS freaked and we had to get a refund...never went back to that theater again.

Check Holtsville Cinema 16. We saw Trolls over the weekend and had reserved seats and they were the nice new recliners. We were so surprised. They were great.
