So this just happened to me...grrrr
What a headache!!
Kohls Fraud
Check your accounts often and change passwords! I hadn't used mine in months and had no idea a large charge was made!

My account was hacked a few months back... When I noticed it I contacted Kohls right away. They locked my account. They refunded me right away...

This happened to me several months ago. They changed my email on my account then charged a bunch of stuff and sent it to my house!
They wanted the kohls cash I guess but I noticed the issue right away so they open the fraud order and refunded the money from a couple weeks later.

This happened to me too but I called right away and Kohls was very helpful and the "thief" also cancelled the order.

Kohl's sucks.
They allowed my email address to be changed (no notification) a few years back. I dont remember how I found out because I think they changed my address and/or password online as well. (I believe it was someone I knew).
A purchase was made in store using my account. They looked up the account number using a stolen / lost license of mine.
Kohls didnt believe me because the "L" of my first name was signed similarly. They gave me a really hard time. The card was looked up at a Kohl's that I had never been to. Their cameras only keep the video recording for 30 days and I found out just past this.
The only reason they (very rudely and unwillingly) credited my account was that I had a police report stating that someone had used my license in an accident as well.
Ever since then I tell every cashier that asks (every time I go to Kohl's) that I will not sign up for a card due to their poor security LOL.
