We really like Gymboree, DS has been going since he was 13 months and he is now 21 months and he loves it!

I signed my son up at 4 months and he still goes now at 2.5. He really loves it and the instructors.

We LOVED it for DS, but he was a year old and walking (or close to it). It was awesome and I'd recommend it.
For younger babies, I'd look into the Music class at Gymboree. Still fun, but better for the little ones than the mats, climbing, slides, etc.
