When to give DD a pillow?
DD is 14 months and loves to lay on pillows -- when she's lounging in our bed in the AM she snuggles right on top of ours and when she's laying on the floor in her playroom she always takes one of the decorate pillows from the couch to lay on while watching TV. Is there such a thing as a toddler pillow that would be more size appropriate? Thanks!

When to give DD a pillow?
I got dd a toddler pillow after 2 years. Could have done it earlier. Amazon has a bunch of toddler pillows and the pillow cases that fit them.

JMO but i would NEVER EVER give a 14 month old a pillow...
The American Academy of Pediatrics doesn't recommend giving a child a pillow or blanket until 2 years old
because they can easily suffocate on those items in their sleep at that age.

There's a toddler pillow that I bought at BBB for DS. I think he was about a year and a half.

DD was just about 2 when I got her a toddler pillow from Amazon. I could have gotten it earlier though I suppose. If you feel like DC is ready I would go for it.

My 19mo is exactly the same and is always laying on the flour in pillows or on our bed. We just got her a toddler pillow on amazonv and surprisingly, she really doesn't use it!

When to give DD a pillow?
DS hated pillows up until he was around three and started stealing them off our bed. We got him a regular sized pillow after that.

DD is 14 months and has been using a big floppy bunny as her pillow for a month or 2. I'd be ok with giving her a pillow, but for now, she's happy with the bunny. I def gave DS one before he was 2. He was sick and congested and I wanted to raise his head up. I can't remember his exact age, but before 2.
