XM Radio
Is it just me, or does it always take like 1+ hours on the phone with their tech people to set up a new radio? I just got a new radio and I'm just over the 1 hour mark with them on setting the darnd thing up!

I did mine on the phone...nothing alerted me to let me know it was done...I just got fed up and started changing the stations and it worked....I was so annoyed.
