Fenugreek to increase milk production -how much and does it cause baby in baby?
How much do you need to take per day and how long to see an increase? The bottle I have is 600mg per pill and says tske 2-3/ day but I just read you have to take 3800mg per day to see a change.

Fenugreek to increase milk production
A lot
You could also drink mothers milk tea. A few cups a day.
Lactation cookies help too
