how quickly do you need it by?
you should post on local FB buy/sell groups to see if someone can make one for you. that's what I did because I am always waiting till last minute  I found a local mom that did it for me I was able to pick it up in a couple of days.

I noticed in Babies R Us a white shirt with a number 4 in pink sequins. I didn't check which other numbers were there.
