Color run citi field
I did the one in Brooklyn a few years ago with my daughter who was 12 at the time. There were lots of kids. Advice: bring lots of towels and a sheet to cover your car seat with. And wipes.

I am doing it this year for the first time with my friend. we are doing it with no kids. she asks me every year and I finally said yes

I did it 2 years ago. Very fun but I was sneezing colors out of my nose for 2 days. I'd make sure to wear bandana over your face and sunglasses for your eyes.
ETA: make sure you have towels or something to sit on in your car for the ride home. A change of clothes left in the car would be ideal. It gets EVERYWHERE.

I did it the last two years and t was a blast. Definitely bring towels and if you're bringing kids, snacks- there was only one food truck last year after the race and it was crappy pizza. They had some sponsors giving out snacks after the race too but I was still so hungry. I wouldn't do the wipes though, water made it ten times worse! It pretty much soaked into my skin. I went to work 2 days later and my armpits were still so green that a guest commented on it when I reached up to grab something off a shelf!  a friend said baby oil takes it off well.

They have a bag check at the check in. It's free and they Put your stuff in a clear plastic backpack thing so it doesn't get color all over it. I carried my cell phone with me to take pics along the way but everything else stayed in my bag.
