Does anyone have experience in peer mediation contracts? For middle and high school?

Re: peer mediation in schools
There's a group called peer helpers which is a peer mediation group I was a part of in HS. They linked the 11th and 12th graders with incoming 7th and 8th graders.
It was an actual class that we actually were graded on as an elective.
