How much to pay for chores

How much is reasonable for a 12-13 yo to do certain chores:

Walk the dog for 15 min
Start laundry
Put laundry away
Empty dishwasher
Swiffer floors

I never got allowance but my dad gave me spending money when I asked. We did our share of chores. Never had a cleaning person.

DD is asking for more money than I can give every week (nails, movies, eating out etc).

Not sure if I should pay based on each time she does the above or tell her she has to do them each a certain amount per week and she will get a certain total amount.

I would set the standard she must do chores and help out. Give her say $20 a week if you can afford to and tell her she has to make her choice of how she is spending money and when it's gone it's gone just like we all have to deal with- good life lessons!
