If you had an epidural
Ok this might be weird. Willing to admit this is likely me being coocoo but curious if anyone can relate.
I had 2 epics with zero complications. Pretty decent, drama free deliveries last one almost 11 months ago.
I noticed the last few months I am extremely uncomfortable if something or someone brushes my back unexpectedly. There is zero pain but a sensation that is extremely uncomfortable. If I am laying on floor on my tummy and my toddler comes near me I physically recoil and feel really uncomfortable like something I don't want to feel ever again but no pain.
One day I had a loose shirt on and DD did something that caused a bit of air/shirt to brush against my back and it really freaked me out. Almost like that weird feeling when you hit your elbow.
It seems to be in the epi spot and I don't remember ever being weird about my back before. Again, no actual pain so nothing to seek medical help for but it's weird and I think it's a nerve thing.
Anyone else ever feel this? Am I completely alone in my madness?

Re: If you had an epidural
It sounds like a super mild case of CRPS. Does a light touch hurt? Does sensation feel different at that spot? The thought is after a mild damage (like an IV), or more commonly a bigger one (like surgery), your nerves that sense get rewired wrong/funny. If so... The doctor to see is a pain Doctor. But it does seem that it doesn't hurt you (but just feels weird)... So it may be a super mild case to do nothing about.

Thanks. Was just curious if this could be a real thing that others have to or if I was completely crazy.
I will look into this but the reasoning makes sense. No real pain so no need to seek treatment but just wanted to cure my curiosity

I had one and sometimes my lower back in that spot feels weird. Not painful but endo time and like i almost expect to feel pain. I don't really like to touch that area.
