lumosity: anyone play?
i signed up for a subscription last year and i ended up loving it. i bought a family subscription thinking dh would do it and my mom etc. but they didn't like it. Now my subscription is up but they are letting me play limited games for free.
Just wondering if anyone else uses the site and how you feel about it. Do you feel it helps you? I personally feel like it has improved my memory and sharpness overall.

there was a big controversy about it recently... that it was basically a lie... none of the games were proven to improve your memory.

I did hear it on the news, and maybe its just a placebo effect that makes me feel like im sharper lol! But i love playing the games. It forces me to focus and all the other stresses get put on hold for a few minutes.
