After my c-section I wore my maternity leggings home. Really anything that's comf is fine...like no jeans.

I wore a maxi-dress, but I came home in October and it was much warmer.
I wore yoga pants at home and they were fine..didn't irritate my incision at all.

With ds1 I wore my maternity pants without any discomfort and with ds2, I wore maternity skirts cause it's was sooo hot out (August)
