Kids' Night on Broadway
Has anyone done this before? I have tix for Alladin and was wondering if there are any pre-show events that I could bring my daughter to.

No, it's just the show. Disney does it for a few weeks every year.

Sorry. this is not true.
Its done by Broadway, not by Disney. MAYBE Disney may have their own specific deal as well, but I have not heard of such a thing.
