Hi All - Going to the experts on this - If you won a free portrait (they take a family picture then turn it into an oil painting) worth $$$ would you tip the photographer? I just don't want to look cheap if it is customary to do so? Also, if they push me to buy a frame from them, should I (even though I can probably get it done cheaper elsewhere?). Thx!
