1st birthday at imagination at play ronkonkoma

Hi mommies ! I am a new mom and my daughters first birthday is coming up. I live far away but I booked my party at imagination at play because her whole family lives on the island. I never been there. Has anyone had a birthday here? How did it go from beg to end? Are the adults allowed in the party room the whole time or only at the end ? Thanks for your help moms!

I haven't hosted a party there but I've been to a few. You will get a party room where you will have cupcakes and sing happy birthday. Its a very large room with different center areas like dress up, art, a home center, block center, ect and than they have a big water table, and than behind that is another room with a big playground area, a bouncy house, and a toddler area. Parents have to walk around with their children its way too large to let kids go alone especially if they are young. i've always had a nice time there and my kids loved it.

Okay thank you so much. Do you know if we are allowed in the party room while the kids play? I only ask because the grandparents are coming and I'll feel bad if they have to stand there the whole time lol

Parents and grandparents are allowed to wander and watch the kiddies, they don't have to stay in the designated party room.

Not sure what time you are having your party but we had it early so we can have the entire place to ourselves. After a certain time its open to the public and other parties also. So I paid a little extra to have it that way. There are a few rooms for b-day parties, where they will do cake and pizza and a craft. The entire play area is not in the actual party room. It is an open room. They have different stations that they can play in. A water table, a sand area, kitchen area, and a dress up area with a small stage to act on. Its super cute for the kids. Then in the back they have a blow up bouncer, ride on bikes, and a jungle gym with a slide that the kids can climb in. I had a great Experience with them! They let me decorate the entire room and I brought in my own little favors. Everyone had a great time.

I haven't been to a party there but there is plenty of seating in the general area even if grandparents can't stay in the party room.
