Buy Buy Baby Returns
I received a gift and I think it was purchased at BBB. I don't have a receipt. How are they with their returns? I know it use to be pretty easy to return things there but this is a $275 item. I have the box..... If I take it there, can they tell if it is from their store? I know all I will get is store credit...

They will give you store credit, I believe their new policy though is they will deduct 20% though w/o a receipt.

Buy Buy Baby Returns
Try it. They can tell if it is from there. I've had better luck lately with Babies R Us if it is an item that they carry.

Yup. DH returned bottles we didn't get there and they took them, minus the 20%.

Buy Buy Baby Returns
Do a search on the Buy Buy Baby and Babies 'R Us website to see where the product is sold. If its sold at both locations, I'd return it to BRU. As previous posters have said, BBB will take 20% off the price if you don't have a receipt. BRU does not do that, so you'll at least get the full amount as a store credit.

BRU will give you the lowest recent price, so it may come out pretty close.
