I used Mamas Custom Cookies in Wantagh. She is amazing. I have used her 4 times already for various events. Her cookies range in price, usually $3.00-$4.00 a piece depending on the size design etc. Her Fb page =)

The Sugar Chic in Amityville! My whole family has used her multiple times, adorable cookies and always delicious. I'm not sure of the price but you can check her website or contact her. She has a facebook as well to see her cookies.

I used Dortoni in Levittown. A little pricey depending on design and if you want it wrapped. I spent 5 dollars a cookie for a custom designed and wrapped for DS's birthday. It's less if you can wrap yourself or depending on the design. But cookies are excellent.
