Outfits for sibling/newborn photo shoot
Can someone help me find outfits for 4 kids!? My DH and I are just wearing black, so that's easy. But now I need to figure out DS (7), DD (5), DD (2) and then newborn DS due in mid February. I honestly don't know if they should all be plain in like a solid shirt and jeans, but I can't imagine my girls will be thrilled with that, they like to dress up lol. Ohh and shoes?! I read online kids should be barefoot since the baby will be so it looks more casual/fun, but is that right even for a 7 year old?
Any ideas? Maybe post pics if you have done recent newborn shoot with siblings? TIA!

My dd1 wore a big sis shirt and dd2 wore a lil sis onesie. In another backdrop dd1 wore a light pink fringe dress that matched the backdrop.
Can you ask the photog what the backdrop colors are so they can be in coordinating colors?

That's a good idea! I'm not sure why I didn't ask about the backdrops lol. Usually our shoots are outside, so inside is a bit new for me. Thanks!

Not match exact but coordinated
And shoes on all except baby

I just got dd a sweater dress on sale from Gymboree. They usually have coordinating boy stuff. It's pink, white, and grey, so not Christmassy, but it is wintery. I figured having a baby in winter, I can do a cute one of the newborn in a knit hat, and her in that. I may choose announcements with a snowflake on them.

Thanks guys! I wasn't sure if they should be in plain type clothes, but I'm leaning towards just coordinating fun outfits.

We did white for my DDs and no shoes - the photographer probably won't allow shoes in the studio. DH and I wore white and grey tops and jeans. Here are the girls.

They are all so beautiful! I actually really like the barefoot look thanks! Where did you get the girls dresses? I think they are perfect bc they are plain but so pretty!

You can find things like that at Gymboree for all sizes.

Thanks! The dresses are actually Lily Pulitzer - not their usual style!
