White Wine???
Can I keep a closed bottle in the fridge for awhile or should it always be kept out?
Not sure if I am going to have it this weekend but if I do, it won't be cold when it will be time to drink it (if the person wants it).

I just had a conversation this weekend with someone.....they said white wine should always be served chilled and red wine at room temp. Not really a wine drinker but when I do drink I hate warm wine.
