We just have the fisher price one. I love that she can use her imagination; I know there's more high-tech ones out there, but this basic one holds her interest. She also has a Melissa and Doug doctor jacket that comes with doctor tools as well.

Doctor Kit for a toddler girll
Poor dd had a vet kit she uses and doesn't even realize the difference. I don't know the brand. She's played with the b toys one at a friend's house and that one's really cute.

we got the fisher price one last year for DD from Toys R Us (I believe they are the only one that carries it in pink)
You can get the green/blue one anywhere...here is a link to amazon doctor kit
both of my kids (1.5 and almost 3yo) love this kit
