Question about BJ's cakes?
I need two cakes for next Saturday. If I pick them up Friday night will they still taste ok on Saturday? I don't have time to pick them up on Saturday. My DH is working, my daughter has dance and then we go straight to the party. They'll be ok if I pick them up Friday, right? Also, is two 1/4 sheet cakes enough for 19 kids and 23 adults? TIA!

Not specifically for bjs cake, but Friday night for Saturday would be fine. And I think the amount is plenty. I've done a 1/2 sheet cake for that amount of people (same thing) and I've had half left over.

I think they will taste fine. That should be enough cake. We had 20 people and a1/4 cake and we had leftover
