Toys for a 4-5 year old girl - long

My friend needs help with her daughter's holiday wish list. She will be 4.5. They have a very large family and they are given a lot of gifts. Her family does not gift money or other useful things.

They have a table and chair set. Plus an outdoor chair, an outdoor picnic bench, a bicycle, a cozy coupe, a water table, etc.

They already have a full kitchen set, with food, equipment, dress-up clothes, shopping cart, cash register, etc.

They already have all the doll stuff, doll stroller, doll beds, doll feeding set, etc.

They already have lots of building toys- big block set, smaller block sets, lego duplos, regular legos, magnatiles, bristle blocks, tinker toys.

They already have a whole arts and crafts center, with an art easel, filled with various paints, pencils, crayons, coloring books, tissue paper, scissors, paper, odd and ends, etc.

They have a big train set. They have dress up clothes and a doctors kit. They have lots of puzzles. They have a musical instrument set. They have lots of stuffed animals. They have workbooks and learning tools.

They have board games and card games - a ton of them.

They have a tremendous amount of books.

I'm sure I'm leaving stuff out. But I racked my brain trying to think of suggestions for her besides more clothes and monetary items. I feel like her child has every appropriate toy. Any other ideas?

how about upgrading what they already have.

my DC have more toys then they need and I am starting to clean out which is the hardest thing ever because they can still play with them but I am making my 4.5 yo pick toys to get rid of so she can get new better ones in place.

for instance she wants the doc mcstuffin pet vet she already has the clinic I told her if she wants Santa to bring her the pet vet than you have to get rid of the other one.

she is getting a Barbie/Doll house she has to get rid of other doll houses.

other things on her list include Care bear dolls, Barbie doll and accessories new doll stroller.

did your friend let her DD do through the toysrus book and let her pick out what she wants? I let DD do that telling her she wont be able to get everything she circled.

Puzzles.
DVDs.
Barbie stuff.

I bought my 3 and 5 yr old neices Vtech Flipsies this year for Christmas. There are a bunch of different sets that people could get.

I'm stumped for anything else she sounds like she has everything and more.

DVDs.
Dollhouse. Dolls (babies, calico critters).
Honestly, in such a case, I would purge & ask for books or clothes.

Dollhouse
Roller skates
Rumbling mats, balance beam, trampoline
Microscope
Craft sets
Barbie and accessories
Easy bake oven.

Like someone else said, upgrading to more mature versions is nice too. Maybe an art desk and getting rid of the table and chair set. Last year we passed along our plastic kitchen and the grandparents got a new kidkraft one and it was a great upgrade. I would also consider returning a few things she's less likely to enjoy and putting the money into savings or toward more boring necessities like socks, pjs, etc.
