This looks super cute if anyone is interested. It's in the same complex as LegoLand Discovery center. I remember last year it selling out very early.

Re: North Pole Adventure At Ridge Hill in Westchester (looks cute)
We signed up last year.
After waiting for over an hour on line (even though we got an assigned time), we left. The way the line was moving, we would have waited over 2 hours.
This year, looks like they are limited assigned times for those who pre-buy photos. Hopefully will make it less crazy. We won't be checking it out after last year.

Re: North Pole Adventure At Ridge Hill in Westchester (looks cute)
So we went today. We waited almost 2 hours! Dh and I switched standing in line. We took the kids to dinner at the restaurant that was very close and ate one at a time. Crazy! But we drove 1 1/2 hours to get there so I didn't want to leave.
It was cute. I'm glad we stayed. I would do it again except I would make the first appointment or the last appointment or close to those. When we finished the line was like 2-3 families long at like 7:45pm. The guy running it said usually m-thurs there's not much of a wait. But obviously today it was bad because of the holiday. Just thought I'd update.

OMG! Did you pre-buy photos? My kids can wait in line, but that sounds terrible. Especially when it gets cold!

Yikes!!! That is terribly long! I thought the idea of reserving the time would make it shorter!
Oh wait, I'm also curious if you did the pre-buy thing? I don't normally buy Santa pics, but if I have to do that to get a "fastpass" so to speak, then I will

Yes we pre bought photos. It seemed like every person there did. I didn't see two lines and everyone seemed to have their time (which didn't matter). There were a lot of angry people. We heard two families got into a fight inside lol. Just a lot of screaming though not physical. We tried to make the best of it. There's a small playground like 20 feet from the line too. It was a good deal. For $35 we got 2 5 by 7's, 2 4 by 6's and 4 wallets and they didn't have to be the same picture. So we got a family one and one with just the kids. If you can go during the week that should be better.

Oh boy!!! I have older kids so I couldn't go during the week. We will just probably skip it! Thank you for posting about your experience! :)
