DS is 5 1/2 - we also have twins who just turned 1. It has been a hard adjustment for DS, but over the summer things got into a rhythm and were good. Ever since they turned one last month - he's been so angry again. At school (he started kindergarten) - the boys all play rough - and he gets angry at home and threatens that he'll hit, but he doesn't (usually) - but does explode with anger. He also has started to become a little aggressive with the twins - almost passive aggressive - he'll "gently" shove them away or "over" hug them. I know that is somewhat normal and maybe its coming out now - b/c when they were born he never did that - he showed his anger towards us more. I try to spend as much time with him as I can - but there are times that I can't - like when he gets home from school - I hang with him and talk - but then dinner and just the general chaos of evening starts. I guess I'm sort of venting too - but I'm at a loss here of what to do. It makes me so sad b/c he is a good kid and I think just can't process everything. The whole rough playing at school playground is another ball game and I'm trying to get used to it, but then it comes in at home too. In school - no issues at all, although I am going to double check with teacher - but have only gotten good reports. Any BTDT? TIA!
